A story of the loaves and fishes in Letterkenny!

There was little, or no, room at the inn or, as the man of the moment Fr. Eamonn Kelly put it: “It’s the closest I’ve been to the loaves and fishes!.”
The occasion was the Letterkenny based cleric’s 50th birthday celebrations and the inn in question was the Mount Errigal Hotel where the pre-sold tickets for the charity fund-raiser on Thursday night only told half the story.
The other half represented itself in the hundreds who turned up to purchase their entry ticket at the door, necessitating the assembly of additional table spaces in the large function room which finally saw everyone tucking into the fare which included bread rolls and salmon to add the loaves and fishes element to a tale of biblical proportions.
