Carnival Parade in Ballyshannon attracts big crowds

Beautiful costumes for Carnival parade.

Fine October weather did no harm in ensuring large crowds attended the Donegal Bay & Bluestacks Festival carnival in Ballyshannon this evening. The parade concluded a short time ago.

The 16th annual parade made its way down through the historic town of Ballyshannon this evening with lots of colourful performers and dozens of local participants ensuring this was an entertaining spectacle for the large numbers of people watching on.
