"Humbled" - says MacSharry as first count in Sligo Leitrim puts him top

In Sligo’s Clarion Hotel fianna Fáil’s Marc MacSharry said he was “humbled” by the vote he received.

The Fianna Fáil man polled 8,856 to top the poll when the first count was declared at 8.22pm.
