Registrations are now being taken for a first ever All Star Performance GAA camp which will take place in Dunfanaghy at the end of this month.
The four-day camp,in association with Michael Murphy Sports, will be hosted at St. Michael’s GAA club grounds.
The coaches who will be leading the camp include a host of current and former county GAA players and is amied at boys and girls aged between 11 and 16 years of age.
The camp will run between Monday, March 30th and Thursday, April 2nd between 9.30am and 3pm each day.
Participants will be coached on various aspects of the game including:
- Identification, Education and development of key characteristics of Gaelic football performance.
- Key Camp Components
- Performance Testing
- Physical Preparation and Nutrition
- Tactical awareness
- Skill Development
