Donegal will open their Allianz League Division Two campaign with away trips to Laois and Galway.

Jim McGuinness’s side were relegated from the top flight last season and will have only three home fixtures in 2014, with Ulster champions Monaghan, Down and Louth the visitors to the north-west.

Donegal will open their campaign, most likely ar at O’Moore Park in Portlaoise, against Laois side whom they defeated in the Division Two final of 2011.

McGuinness’s team also got the better of Laois in the fourth round of last season’s All-Ireland qualifiers 0-14 to 0-8 at Carrick-on-Shannon.

Galway away is Donegal’s second port of call and there is also a difficult away journey to face Down, who were also relegated from Division One last term.

Donegal will conclude their seven-match series against Armagh, with the fixture most likely to take place at the Athletic Grounds in Armagh.
