The Dr Maguire Cup is the most coveted Cup in Donegal football, presented to the winning captain of the senior championship on county final day.

A round of group games in the senior club championship has already been played. That round was played at the end of May, the weekend after Donegal’s Ulster Championship preliminary round victory over Tyrone, in Ballybofey.

The championship resumes next weekend with four games on Saturday night and four on Sunday.

Sean MacCumhaills are at home to Gaoth Dobhair in Group 1; Four Masters host St Michael’s in Group 3; In Group 4, Naomh Muire entertain Termon and Killybegs are at home to Kilcar in the Saturday evening games.

On Sunday afternoon, Glenswilly are home to Malin in Group 1; Dungloe are home to Ardara in Group 2 and Cloughaneely host Glenfin in Group 3.

And then on Sunday evening, in the tie of the weekend, county champions St Eunan’s face one of their biggest challengers Naomh Conaill in O’Donnell Park in Group 2.
