Club Iorras winners for May were €50-Barney Friel, Dunaff and Boston, €30-Michael McLaughlin jnr, Buncrana, €20-John Joe and Kathleen Doherty, Tiernasligo.
The Match ‘N’ Win winners numbers drawn for May 29th were 8, 9, 11 and 20. The jackpot was not won. The €15 winners were Becky Diver, 29 Cedar Grove, Neil O’Donnell, Rooskey, Angela Grant, Gortfad, Darcie McGowan, Buncrana and Patricia Doherty, Letter, Urris. Jackpot next week is €1,580.

The Donegal Ladis Gaelic board are running this level 2 course on Monday June 9th in the Clanree Hotel Letterkenny at 7 pm.
Good luck to all the girls and boys from the club schools who are representing North Inishowen i the blitz in Carndonagh on Sunday June 8th.
The U-8 team had a great day out in Moville last Saturday. The club had 42 children at the blitz. Next up for the U8s they play at home to Malin at 11am on Saturday morning.
St Mary’s (Convoy)
The counties drawn in club lotto were WD,SO,KE,MO . One person matched three numbers, PJ Bonner,Convoy. The jackpot next week €3,350.
The U-8s were away to Fanad on Friday well done to all who took part and played St Mary’s U-10 have a blitz this Saturday.
Tir Chonaill Gaels
The senior team had easy win in the league last Saturday against an under strength Cuchullains at Greenford.
Best on the day were Aaron Bradley, Benny O’Reilly and the flawless Thomas Gribben who did not break sweat all day. Final score TCG 9-24, Cuchullains 0-5.
There is a full program of fixtures this weekend with the senior team kicking things off with the Tipperary Cup final against Fulham Irish on Saturday.
The game will be played at Ruislip with a 4.30 pm throw-in. On Sunday it’s a double header at Greenford with the junior team first up with a league encounter against Crawley and Brighton Gaels 2.30pm.
The reserve team follow with their first outing of the season against Fulham Irish in the league starting at 4pm.
The club would like to congratulate member Judy Butler who celebrated her birthday last weekend in the club house.
The annual British underage competition takes place at the club on the weekend of 11th-13th July. The event is huge with many volunteers required on the day to help out with the many tasks, club members are kindly requested to contact club secretary Stephen McLoughlin for more details.
At this years ABC tournament at Greenford in July, the Gaels of Britain will again be attempting to break the World record at having the most amount of people on a pitch playing a game of football.

The seniors and U14s got back to winning ways this week with great away wins at Milford and Malin respectively.
The U14s travelled to Malin with a place in the Division Two Shield final available to the winners of the match. Despite an early Malin goal, the lads quickly turned the game around and had built up a lead at half time. They extended the winning margin in the second half to run out comfortable winners. The U-10s took part in the half time game at the Burt Legends v Friends of Letterkenny Hospital at Burt on Sunday.
There was a great attendance at the U-8 blitz at Pairc Colmcille on Saturday. All the players had great fun and there were some super individual performances on show from up and coming stars. Thanks to everyone from Buncrana, St. Eunans and Robert Emmetts for attending.
This year’s Run for Funds was deferred until next Saturday (7th June This year’s Cul Camp runs from the 7th to the 11th of July for all children aged 6 to 13 years. Camp runs from 10 am to 3 pm. Cost is €55 for the first child and €45 for each child thereafter. Contact Sharon on 087-9685558.

It was mixed fortunes for the senior and reserve teams this weekend. The first game of the weekend games roduced a win for Seán Mac Cumhaill, leaders in the reserve league. In the senior game in Ballybofey it was a much tighter affair with the lead exchanging hands on numerous occasions. A late rally from the home side saw them secure all two points.
In Monday’s games at the banks the reserves put in a good performance but just came up short against Gaeil Fhánada. In the senior match the lads played well and the first half’s groundwork seen them power on in the second half to take the points and see them move up the league table into fourth place.
Well done to all the children that took part in the Blitz that was organised as part of Féile Anagaire.

The 60th anniversary of Tír Conaill Park, will take place on the ground was officially opened on June 6th, 1954. The club is officially launching new fundraiser initiative “Tir Conaill virtual sod” on Friday 6th June 2014 at 8pm in Public Service Centre of to mark this occasion. The seniors had a morale boosting victory over Carndonagh on Saturday evening. They put in a great display to run out comprehensive winners on a score line of 1-12 to 0-5.
The under 8 boys and girls travelled to Termon on Saturday for their blitz. We had two teams competing on the day and everyone got a run out. The U-10 boys and girls have a home blitz this Saturday at 11am.
The U12 girls played their final blitz for the year in Glenfin on Saturday .The girls played great in all three games.It has been a great year for the u12 girls shown great fight,heart,determation in all the games.

Both teams were away to Ardara on Saturday evening last. The seniors lost on a scoreline of Ardara 2-11 St. Michael’s 2-8.
On Bank Holiday Monday last both teams were at home to Malin. The seniors lost by the narrowest of margins on a scoreline of St. Michael’s 0-12, Malin 1-10.

There was no Jackpot winner in the St. Michael’s Mini Lotto on Sunday night. The numbers drawn were 2,3,5,6,,12,14. The 2 match 5 winners were John McClafferty Cashelmore and Mary Doherty Ray, Grotto Falcarragh. This weeks jackpot will be €5,900.

Week 5 of the Parish League takes place next Sunday at 2pm at the Bridge. The finals are scheduled for Sunday June 15th. The under 8’s Manger is Hugh Doyle and you can meet him at the Parish League. The team travelled to Milford last Friday evening for their blitz. Best for St. Michaels on the evening were Oisin McNulty, Daniel Hanlon, Aoibheann McGinley and Tomás Hughes. Well done to all who took part. The next blitz is scheduled for the weekend of June 14th in Macumhails with Fanad Gaels and Naomh Colmcille also taking part. The next blitz for the under 10s is on Saturday the 7th of June, in Termon with teams from Termon, Letterkenny Gaels and Cloughaneely also taking part.
The under 12s continue their training on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6pm to 7.15 pm at the Bridge.
The under 14’s are playing away to Robert Emmets in the Championship semi-final of Division 2 this Friday evening June 6th, at 7pm.
There is a club meeting on Garda vetting Tuesday 10th June, at 8pm in Eamonn Byrne club rooms. The meeting is followed by the club monthly meeting. The best of luck to Fintra NS in the county final on Friday in Cuman na mBunscoil. Under 10 Blitz in Fintra, on Saturday at 11am.
There was no Killotto jackpot winner this week. This weeks numbers were 6,21,23 and 26. Next week’s jackpot is €1700 and match 3 is €240 euro.
The under 14 girls qualified for the Divisional C semi final. This follows a successful league campaign.The under 14 boys played the All County League final on Friday evening last against, Downings but unfortunately lost out by a single point. They now go into the championship and first up is Burt at home this Wednesday with a throw in at 7pm.
The boys will also play Cloughaneely at home on Monday June 9th at 7pm. The under 12 boys are at home to Gweedore on Friday June 6th.. The annual 5k will be held at the club on June 25th and the organising Committee will hold a meeting on Wednesday, June 4th at the club house at 9.30 pm. A lot of planning is required for such a big event and anyone who feels they can help with teas, registration stewarding etc. Paul and Bernie Lapsley of Donegal Stationery have kindly offered to be the main sponsor of the event. The adult teams had a successful weekend with all three teams recording good wins.
The Royal Flush numbers for the weekend were 7, 14, 21, and 22. There was no winner of the jackpot of €3300. Consolation prizes went to Emer Fisher, Dunkineely, Donal Kelly, Dunkineely and Ray Wilson, C/O Aisling Kennedy. Next week’s jackpot now stands at €3320.
Many thanks to all who took part in our annual Fun Run/Walk last Saturday morning. A total of 85 runners and walkers did the run/walk, this year’s winner was Mark McGuinness, who won it with an impressive time of 35.34.
This year sees the club celebrate its 40th anniversary. Ground work is currently being put into an event during the summer months and a date will be released soon. For the celebration we will be gathering old photographs, articles and memorabilia from the years gone by. The seniors had a terrific win at the weekend in what was a hard fought match against the travelling Muff side. The game took place in Dooey on Saturday evening last with the lads securing the second straight win.

The under 12s season got under way last Thursday against a very strong Killybegs team. Their next game takes place in Dooey next Monday evening against Naomh Ultan.
The U8 teams of Gaeil Fhánada, Na Dunaibh and St. Marys, Convoy had a very successful blitz last Friday (30th) in Portsalon. A big thanks to the visiting teams and management for making the journey down. Thanks to Michael Blaney, Joe Blaney and Niall Carr for refereeing the matches. Also thanks to those parents who provided the excellent refreshments during the blitz.
The club Sports Day for Fanad and Kerrykeel schools is being held this year on 10th June in Pairc Uí Siail, Portsalon. If any of you would like to help out on the day, please let Bridie Doherty or Margaretta McConigley know asap please.

The club is running a fundraiser for the Under 14 Boys who will represent Donegal in this years All Ireland Feile. The Guest Tea will be held on June 14th at 8 pm. There will also be a reunion of the last Mac Cumhaills Feile team of 1988. There will be music on the night.
The Slotto numbers for May 17th were 4, 1, 5, 2, 3, 6, 7. There was no winner. The consolation prize was won by Eamon Kelly, Main Street, Mountcharles. Draw on 24th May were 5, 6, 4, 2, 1, 7, 3. No winner. The consolation prize went to Eugene Carr, Mountcharles. The jackpot this weekend is €3,600.
