Donegal have a place in the last four of the Ulster Minor Football league in their sights when they face Derry on Saturday at Celtic Park, 12 noon.

A win over the Oak Leaf County and a draw in their final game away to Antrim the following week will ensure Declan Bonner and his boys a place in the knock-out stages.

They are currently level on points at the top of the table with Tyrone and Antrim, with a game in hand on both. Derry, after two games, are pointless at the foot of the table as are Fermanagh.

For a third game in-a-row Derry will be without the St Pat’s, Maghera, players who are preparing for the Hogan Cup final.

Dongeal have injury concerns over Lorcan Connor, shoulder; Conor Doherty, knee and Christian Bonner, tonsillitis, this week.

However, the St Eunan’s College contingent of Conor Morrison, Conall O’Boyle, Michael Miller, David Tyrell, Sean Daffan and Cormac Callaghan are back in the frame this weekend.
