With almost 900,000 YouTube hits, Rory Gallagher’s ‘Jimmy’s Winning Matches’ was the soundtrack to Donegal’s All-Ireland success.

With almost 900,000 YouTube hits, Rory Gallagher’s ‘Jimmy’s Winning Matches’ was the soundtrack to Donegal’s All-Ireland success.

But with Monaghan toppling Donegal in Sunday’s Ulster final, Gallagher, who is the co-owner of the Island Bar in Lanzarote, was treated to a few catcalls of ‘Jimmy’s Losing Matches’ by holidaymakers.
