Kilcar are now top of the All County League Division One after two series of games while there were wins also for Naomh Conaill, Gaoth Dobhair and St. Eunan's.

The St. Michael's v Ardara game did not go ahead due to the death of Mary Agnes Gallagher, mother of Ardara manager, Seamus Gallagher

Kilcar made it two wins from two thanks to a good second half display in Towney. Dungloe led by 1-4 to 0-6 at half-time, the goal scored by Conor Greene.

But Kilcar were well on top in the second half with Patrick McBrearty on fire, hitting 0-10 as they ran out easy winners.

Naomh Conaill . . . . . . . . . . . . . 2-15

An Anthony Thompson goal had Naomh Conaill ahead by 1-6 to 0-4 at the break but they needed a second goal from Leon Thompson to clinch a great victory in Glenswilly on Monday.

The other reason for the victory for the Glenties men was the ten points posted by John O’Malley as Glenswilly hit late goals from Michael Murphy (penalty) and Ethan Sweeney.

St Eunan’s . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 2-13

Bundoran . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 1-8

St. Eunan’s had it pretty easy in O’Donnell Park against the Intermediate champions. Christy Keaney repeated his goal scoring act to have Bundoran ahead by 1-5 to 0-3 approaching half-time, but that was as good as it got for the Seasiders.

Goals from Lee McMonagle and Patrick McGowan and the introduction of Rory Kavanagh were vital as well as a leading role from Conall Dunne in his new role at centre half-back.

To make matters worse Bundoran lost Christy Keaney late on to a straight red card and his brother, James, sufferd a shoulder injury.

Termon . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 0-7

Gaoth Dobhair . . . . . . . . . . . . 0-8

Gaoth Dobhair had just a point to spare at the Burn Road with Daire McDaid denied by the post for an equaliser near the end.

Referee Mark Dorrian had to show lots of yellow cards and a black to Kevin McElwaine in a hotly contested game. Eamon McGee was on target in Croke Park and he scored two on Monday, the last proving to be the winner in the final ten minutes for the visitors, who were a point adrift at the break, 0-6 to 0-5.
