Donegal woman appointed President of national Business Group

Hours after facing the Ice Bucket Challenge in Bundoran, Donegal businesswoman and mentor on Dragon’s Den was elected President of the new Business Action Group (BAG) in Dublin today.

At the launch of this new organisation in the Green Isle Hotel in Dublin the co-founder of the Cara Group was elected President.

Ramona told the Democrat, “The aim of BAG is to increase the profitability of it’s members through structured networking, trading opportunities and shared expertise.

“I think it goes without saying that I am thrilled and absolutely honoured to have been chosen. To be honest I am totally overhelmed with the kindness and compassion of the bizactiongroup today.”

The group comprises SME’s, new businesses, entrepreneurs and innovators and today’s conference was also addressed by Gavin Duffy, Dragon’s Den and businessman and Niall Harbisson, author and successful entrepreneur.
