The body of a man in his 20s has been recovered from the River Finn after he fell into the river on Monday.
A search operation involving gardaí, the coastguard and divers was launch after the incident was reported. The Sligo-based rescue helicopter was also sent to the scene.
The incident occurred at around 11.30am at the Salmon Leap in Cloghan.
It is believed the man was part of a group who were angling and that he fell into the water after losing his footing.
His body was recovered on Monday afternoon and was taken to Letterkenny General Hospital where a post mortem examination was due to be carried out last night.
