Pippa has indeed been working very hard on the training field in the past few weeks in order to get the lads ready for their All Ireland Quarter Final match against her husband Brian Ormond and his St. Mary’s Rochfortbridge side from Westmeath.

Just last week Pippa competed in, and won the home advantage challenge against her husband, which entailed racing Porshes around Mondello Park in Dublin. Given Pippa’s success in the challenge, the Naomh Brid club will welcome St. Mary’s Rochfortbridge to Pairc Naomh Brid in Trummon for the Quarter Final match on July 29th.

In preparation for the match, club merchandise and replica items are said to be flying off the shelves in Ballintra and Laghey as both villages and indeed surrounding areas get behind Pippa and the lads.

The club invite you to come along to their presentation of Blind Date on Saturday night in Jamesie’s Bar at 9pm. A great night of entertainment is guaranteed and who knows cupid’s arrow may just strike!
