Higgins to address Letterkenny meeting

Urging people to continue to resist paying the household charges Joe Higgins TD, a leading figure in the anti-household charges campaign, will address a public meeting in Letterkenny this Tuesday April 3. Deputy Higgins will be joined by Brian O’ Boyle an economist who will argue the austerity measures implemented by government will serve to deepen the crisis in Ireland, with cuts to schools and vital services causing serious damage to Irish society now and for generations to come. These talks will be followed by a public discussion on the fight against austerity.
