Kym was a former student of St. Columba’s College in Stranolar and worked in Cheers Bar in Ballybofey which is run by her father and mother. She is also survived by her siblings Ryan, Natalie, Hannah and Gavyn,

Hundreds of people attended the wake at the family home on Tuesday night and Wednesday and a huge turnout is attended today’s funeral.

Fianna Fáil Cllr. Patrick McGowan serves with Cllr. Harley in the Stranorlar Municipal District and has known Cllr. and Mrs. Harley for many years, long before either man was elected to the county council.
