Roads claim another two young lives
A road traffic collision has claimed the lives of two young men this evening. The men aged 18 and 22 died following a single vehicle road accident at 4.20pm on the Pettigo Road, near Kesh.

A road traffic collision has claimed the lives of two young men this evening. The men aged 18 and 22 died following a single vehicle road accident at 4.20pm on the Pettigo Road, near Kesh.

Police are appealing for witnesses.

Sinn Fein MLA, Phil Flanagan, said on Twitter: “Devastating news that two young men have lost their lives on Fermanagh’s roads today. Life is incredibly fragile. Take care out there.”

The 18 year old man is from Pettigo and a past pupil of Coláiste Cholmcille in Ballyshannon. The other victim is reported to be from Castlederg.

This tragedy comes in the wake of the fatal accident outside Ballintra on Friday morning.
