Conor to be laid to rest on Sunday
The remains of Loughanure teenager, Conor Boyle, who died in a road traffic accident in England will return home on Friday morning.

The remains of Loughanure teenager, Conor Boyle, who died in a road traffic accident in England will return home on Friday morning.

His remains will arrive to Sean McGlynn Funeral Directors in Dungloe at 11am on Friday morning and will be taken to his family home at 12 noon. Rosary will take place at 9pm on Friday and Saturday evening with house private from 10.30pm to 10am.

His funeral takes place in Star of the Sea Church Annagry at 1pm on Sunday with burial after in the new graveyard.

The 18-year-old s car left the road and collided with a parked lorry before hitting a tree on September 8. He had been in a coma for a number of days before he passed away last Friday in Addenbrookes Hospital in Cambridge

A talented sports man, Conor was a Gaelic footballer with his local club Naomh Mhuire, he also boxed for Rosses and Donegal. In Mullaghduff in October 2010, he was on a card along with his four brothers James, Conor, Dara and Eoin.

He is survived by his parents Hugh and Shelia, brothers and extended family.
