Letterkenny Chamber is set to have a new President in place following the organisation’s meeting next week.
Outgoing President Patrick McGinley confirmed that his replacement would be appointed when the Chamber meets on Tuesday.
“We had hoped to have him or her in place before Christmas but it didn’t work out. But I’m hopeful we’ll have a new President next week.”
Meanwhile, Mr. McGinley highlighted what he called a “very busy Christmas period” for the town.
“The Main Street was busy in the run-up and so were the retail parks. The traders were very satisfied with the way things went,” the Chamber President maintained.
