OSCAR Wilde’s classic “The Importance of Being Earnest” is

Donegal Drama Circle’s newest production and with its high

farce and witty dialogue, it is bound to be one of the

highlights of this years Donegal Bay & Bluestacks Festival.

This comedy of manners - described by Wilde as “a trivial comedy for serious people” - runs for a three night run from tonight in the St. John Bosco Centre in Donegal Town.

First staged at St James’s theatre in London back in 1895, it has

gone on to enthrall millions of theatre-goers as it pokes fun at the
