Direct from Las Vegas, the Legendary Brendan Bowyer and his band will perform all of his many hits in this concert show of pure nostalgia. Brendan, today, has the same high energy he was renowned for in the exciting days of The Royal Showband and The Big Eight. He will be joined on stage by his daughter Aisling as special guest, fresh from her own highly rated show in Las Vegas. The Beatles played support when The Royal Showband toured Britain having been voted Britain’s Most Outstanding Dance Band on BBC Television’s Come Dancing in 1962. The Hucklebuck, which was the biggest of his Six No 1 Hits, went platinum internationally. His Come-Back album Follow On was Record of the Month in Hot Press (2001). Brendan is an enduring legend and some of his most cherished memories are the glory days of dancing with The Royal Showband. This a concert not to be missed, followed by late dancing with The Kaye Twins.Their repertoire features non-stop Classic Hits and some popular Soul, Latin/Swing styles with that Big Brass kick.

The Fureys & Davey Arthur are responsible for some of the most stirring music ever to capture the public imagination. Their folk based music has received standing ovations in some of the biggest concert halls of the world and they credit their musical ability to their parents, Ted and Nora, who were well known musicians themselves. They encouraged their sons to play music from a very early age and there was live traditional music in their house almost nightly. Over the years, some of their greatest admirers have ranged from the neighbours they grew up with in Ballyfermot to the top sports people and politicians of the world. They have performed for leaders such as former Australian Prime Minister John Howard, Irish President Mary McAleese and Pope John Paul. Tony Blair has publicly stated that his favourite peace song of all time is the Fureys “Green Fields of France”. Other hits include When you were Sweet Sixteen, Red Rose Café, The Old Man, Steal Away, Her Father Didn’t Like Me Anyway, Clare to Here and Leaving Nancy.
