Bundoran is looking forward to welcoming and celebrating yet another new arrival in the town next Saturday and one that will very much cater for the growing birth rate referred to by many as the “Recession Baby Boom”.
Cara, the Donegal based pharmacy group, last week opened the doors quietly to their second floor at their flagship store in Bundoran.
Ramona Nicholas said, “This new department will actually double the retail space in the store from three thousand to six thousand square foot in total and encompasses a state of the art Photo and Baby Centre.
“Bundoran is now the largest of all our 12 stores within the group and offers a great selection of products to our valued customers.
“We are very excited about this new venture. It marks a new era for Cara. We have put considerable planning and thought into this area and we are really looking forward to welcoming our customers into it.”
Cara will mark the occasion with an Official Opening next Saturday 14th April promising a fun-filled day for all the family.
Children can enjoy face painting, a candy station, story-telling, cupcake decorating and much, much more with several guest appearances that will be a real hit with the kiddies.
Customers will be able to enjoy wine and refreshments along with free health care checks in the new dedicated Healthcare Area which is located on the ground floor.
As a gesture of appreciation Cara will be offering a 20% discount off all stock on the existing ground floor and a huge range of unbelievable opening offers throughout the Photo and Baby centre.

“We wanted a brand associated with excellent quality at the right price and we felt Mamas and Papas were without doubt the leaders in this area.”
“Senior Management from Mamas and Papas have spent a number of days in the store in the lead up to the opening and have commented that Cara Bundoran, will be named as one of their ‘Centre’s of Excellence’.”
