You can enjoy a night at the opera this Saturday as Opera Theatre Company brings Mozart’s Cosi Fan Tutte to An Grianan Theatre in Letterkenny.

Opera Theatre Company are renowned for bringing authentic opera to the stage in an accessible and professional fashion.

In this regard, Cosi Fan Tutte is the perfect material. Not only does it have Mozart’s beguiling arias and iconic ensembles, it’s also got a killer storyline. It’s sort of an operatic Dangerous Liaisons as the cynical and manipulative Don Alfonso makes a bet that he can seduce the wives of two young men.

Charming, witty and provocative, Mozart’s classic tale of temptation and seduction is sung in English so you don’t have to have to have a degree in classical music or, indeed, a translator to follow the storyline and enjoy a great night out.
