Station House Hotel one of the trendiest in the country
It has become known as the “travellers bible” and now a Letterkenny hotel has had its name added to the list on Tripadvisor as one of the top fifteen trendiest hotels in the country.
The Station House Hotel, located in the Lower Main Street/Oldtown area is the only Donegal establishment to feature in the total of twenty-five named.
“We’re delighted. It’s a great boost to the hotel,” reacted Sales and Marketing Manager, Siobhan Barrett-Doherty yesterday.
The representatives of Tripadvisor carry out the survey themselves and it was only in the past couple of days that the Station House, operated by Brian Gallagher, found out that it had made the list of top fifteen trendy hotels.
“In the last day we’ve had three more favourable comments on the website as a result. It’s a lovely surprise particularly as most of the hotels featured are four star and we’re three star,” added Siobhan.
“Tripadvisor is known as the travellers bible and it’s great for the hotel that we’ve been named as one of the top fifteen trendiest hotels in Ireland.”
