Foster and Allen top bill at big fundraising concert

A special concert has been organised for the Sligo Park Hotel on Wednesday night May 20th to try and help a cash-strapped family in Estonia who are trying to raise money to send a member of their family who suffers from Motor Neuron disease for an operation that could give him the chance of a further 5 years of life.

The concert has been organised by Sandy Kelly who personally knows the family involved and she is asking for your support to try and raise these badly needed funds.

Sandy has put together a fine line-up of artists that will appeal to a wide audience. Top of the bill are the renowned “Foster & Allen” who are making a rare West of Ireland appearance to help this cause. Also on stage will be International Singer Star Sandy Kelly, new country sensation Gerry Guthrie, the talented Lisa Stanley (daughter of the legendary Masie McDaniels) and Lorraine McDonald from the Conquerors. There will also be a performance by a new bluegrass group called Rakehouse Pilfer.
