The Monreagh Heritage and Education Centre in Carrigans has an all-star celebration planned for the end of the month, in advance of the US July 4th holiday.

Donegal restaurants nominated for top awards

Nine of Donegal’s top eateries are set to battle for top national honours in the Irish Restaurant awards which will be announced next month.

A call to register all heritage week events in the county has been made.

Navigation skills events

A basic map and compass skills course, hosted by Donegal based members of the Defence Forces, will take place at the county museum in Letterkenny this Saturday.
