Planning permission is being sought for the development of forty houses in the Castlebane and Lisnennan area of Letterkenny.
Lisland Developments have applied to Donegal County Council for permission to construct the dwellings on a previously approved housing development which had been granted.
The construction involves eighteen various semi-detached dwellings and twenty-two various detatched houses.
