North West Hearing Clinic will celebrate the official opening of its new offices at Riverside Retail Park in Letterkenny later this month. After ten years of business at Lower Main Street, Pádraig MacGinty decided the time was right to execute his expansion plans.
Donegal’s longest-established Hearing Aid Audiologist says: “Our new premises will be equipped with the latest in audiometric-testing technology. As leaders in hearing aid audiology we will be bringing revolutionary testing, products and after-care t
o our clients from our new state-of-the-art premises. Access is always a big factor for our clients and we will have numerous free car-parking spaces at Riverside Retail Park, including disabled car-parking right outside our door.

“In terms of hearing care, we will be driving the message of annual testing to protect, preserve and prevent hearing difficulties. The ethos of North West Hearing Clinic is excellence in customer and patient care, and over the past number of weeks I have been undertaking mobile hearing clinics across the highways and byways of Co. Donegal.

“This has enabled me experience first-hand client’s hearing difficulties in their own surroundings. I have also been able to advise on how small changes in the home environment can make a difference to hearing ability. When we move into our new offices I will be committing to carrying out a number of mobile hearing clinics each month given the value of this for me and for my clients.”

Hannah Jones, Hearing Consultant with Unitron UK will be in Letterkenny at the NWHC Open Day and will be on hand to answer any questions hearing aid users may have about their hearing aid products. “I will be here to demonstrate new products and also to review the existing products used by clients.”
