This county has topped the list as one of the best places to get married in Ireland, according to a leading website. With over fifty thousand registered brides and grooms, weddingsonline.ie is the busiest wedding website in the country and the ultimate source for planning a wedding in Ireland.
Many shops and hotels in the county featured strongly on the exclusive list of 'Top 100 wedding Suppliers' on the website www.weddingonline.ie.
Solis Lough Eske, Jackson's Hotel, Harvey's Point and bridal shop McElhinney's were among a few Donegal locals recognised on the list.

Thousands of brides and grooms nationwide voted for their favourite wedding suppliers on WeddingsOnline.ie, based on customer service, the quality of work and overall experience. The vendors with the most votes made up the final top 100 list.

Each of the top 100 will undergo a thorough judging process including secret shoppers and an expert panel of judges. A black tie awards ceremony will be held February, 15, at the Crowne Plaza Santry in Dublin to choose the final winners in each category.
