Ramelton Pantomime Society are set to mark their 50th anniversary with a special production of the classic - Cinderella.

The group have been busy preparing for a big production of the famous “royal panto” with lots of style and surprises through out.

It will run from February 11 to 23 and promises to have something for everyone and fun for all the family.

The show is being produced by Ramelton panto stalwarts Jean Winston, Patsy Boyce and Tony Boyce, who between them have amassed 146 years of experience in running the popular annual event.

To mark their 50th year they are also holding a special holiday draw, valued at €2,000, Each person who buys a ticket to attend the show will be entered into a competition where the winner will be drawn on the last night of the run.

The group’s first production was held almost 50 years ago was ‘Robin Hood’ and was held to raise funds for the Swilly Rovers Football Club.
