Bridie Doherty : Acknowledgement

DOHERTY Bridie Cappry Road, Ballybofey The family of the late Bridie Doherty wish to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with us on our recent bereavement. Thank you to all who called to the house during the wake, who attended Bridie’s funeral Mass and burial. Thank you to Fr. Kieran Mc Ateer P.P. and Fr. Ciaran Harkin C.C. for their visits to Bridie while in the hospital and at her home during her illness. Our sincere gratitude to Fr. Mc Ateer and Fr. Patsy Arkinson for celebrating the funeral Mass and to Fr. Mc Ateer for officiating at the graveside. Thanks to Monica Ramsey for providing the beautiful music. We thank Gerard and Gary Mc Cool ‘Funeral Directors’ and the gravediggers for their dignified and professional service. To the sacristan Donal, the altar servers and the Eucharistic Ministers. Sincere thanks to Patricia and all the ladies at the Parish Centre and Paula for providing the refreshments after the funeral. A special word of thanks to the Doctors, Nurses and Staff at The Stranorlar Health Centre and sincere thanks to Dr. Johnny Sweeney, Public Health Nurses Ann Reilly, Ann O’Donnell and Kathleen Gallen and also to the Staff at the Oncology Ward and to Deirdre, Hospice Nurse who cared for Bridie during her illness and an extra special thanks to her carer Marie for her care and devotion. Thank you to Francis Bonner and his Staff for all their help. A sincere thank you to all who travelled long distances to be with us, to all who sent Mass Cards, Sympathy Cards and flowers. A special word of thanks to our kind relatives, friends and neighbours who helped before and during the funeral. To all those who brought food and refreshments and helped in any way it was greatly appreciated. As it would be impossible to thank each person individually we trust this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our sincere thanks and appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions. Month’s Mind Mass will be offered on Friday 24th February, 2012 in St. Mary’s Church, Stranorlar at 7.30p.m.
