Sir,

I am writing to let people in the local area know about our new skydive campaign.

If any of your readers have ever thought about doing something special to raise money for charity but want to do something different than running a marathon, perhaps a sponsored sky dive is the perfect challenge.
Anyone who raises £395 or more for us at World Cancer Research Fund (WCRF) will also be able to skydive for free.
Scientists estimate that about a third of the most common cancers could be prevented by being physically active, following a healthy diet and maintaining a healthy weight.
Any money raised from a sponsored skydive will help us to continue to fund research into the link between lifestyle and cancer. If you want to find out more about how to take part in a sponsored skydive, visit www.wcrf-uk.org/fundraising or call 00 44 207 343 4200 for more information.

Yours,
Natalie Tarrant,
Events Manager,
World Cancer Research Fund.
